Dot McCormackFlexible, BristolPhotographyVideo & motionSocial mediaHi, I’m Dot McCormack! I'm a Bristol-based photographer and videographer creating bold, character-driven visuals; specialising in shooting for creatives. My visuals have helped clients book roles, bring courses to life, sell out gigs and theatre shows, provide evidence to fundraising bodies and more. I gain joy in capturing people in their element - celebrating love, community and having an all around good time. Trained at the Northern Film School, I look for a story in everything I shoot, and love working with individuals to bring out their inner confidence and guide them to put their best face forward in photos. Whether you adore being in front of the camera or find it challenging, I create relaxed portrait sessions that help you feel comfortable, confident and authentically yourself. Always inclusive, LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent friendly. I make colourful, honest work that feels unapologetically you.Available for workView profile →

Felicity BillenDevonPhotographyThirty years in retail management taught me how to read a room, talk someone down from a meltdown over a returns policy, and make a total stranger relax in under a minute. That’s the skill set I brought with me when I turned professional eighteen months ago, at 55. The setting changed. The job didn’t. I specialise in camera-shy business owners, particularly women in their 40s, 50s and beyond, because I know exactly how that discomfort feels, and exactly how quickly it passes once someone’s actually chatting to you instead of making you pose. No performance. No faff. Just properly good portraits, shot exclusively in natural light. I turn up with my camera, we have a chat, I take the photos. That’s it. Based in Mid Devon, working across the county.Available for workView profile →

Graeme PiperNewton Abbot, DevonCopywritingI’m Graeme Piper, a freelance copywriter helping SMEs across the UK create clearer websites, stronger content, and more effective marketing. Based in Newton Abbot, Devon, I work remotely with SMEs, marketing teams, and agencies in Exeter, Plymouth, throughout the UK, and around the world. I turn ideas, expertise, and complex messaging into clear, engaging copy that sounds like you – only sharper. I work with marketing teams, managers, and creative agencies who need clear, effective copy without the cost or complications of a larger agency. Most are growing businesses that need help improving their websites, explaining what they do more clearly, or creating content that generates more enquiries and sales. Typical clients include B2B service businesses, manufacturers, professional services firms, B2C/D2C brands, and property development companies. Great copy doesn’t just sound good – it’s written to get results.Available for workView profile →

Henry TaylorSidmouth, DevonWeb developmentI'm Henry, a web designer and developer based near Exeter. I design and build websites, software and apps for small businesses and independent creatives. I've been working with computers since I was young, but much of my working life has also been spent in the creative events industry, from festivals to live music and touring productions. I've also run workshops teaching online fundraising to charities and NGOs. These experiences have given me a real appreciation for how to capture people's attention, communicate ideas and tell a good story. User experience is central to how I work. I care about how things look and feel to use, making sure websites and apps are intuitive to navigate and do what people need them to do. I set up Southwest Creatives to connect people and help bring interesting projects to life. I'm always keen to collaborate, share ideas and build relationships with other creative professionals. If a project calls for skills outside my own, I'd much rather connect a client with someone brilliant in the Southwest than turn them away. There's plenty of good work to go around, and I think we all benefit from working together.Available for workView profile →

KessieStokes Croft, BristolSocial mediaOtherMantra - But what if it works? Founder | WILDHeart I'm a creative entrepreneur, coach and serial builder who has spent the last 20 years turning ideas into businesses, brands, spaces and communities. From launching a vintage fashion brand and working in buying and interior design, to designing award-winning coworking spaces and now building WILDHeart, a creative coworking community in Bristol, she’s happiest figuring out what could work — and then making it happen. I have a knack for spotting opportunities, connecting seemingly unrelated ideas and finding fresh ways to generate income from skills, creativity and existing resources. She brings a healthy dose of curiosity, straight-talking energy and “surely there’s another way to do this?” thinking to everything she does. As a coach and community builder, I'm particularly passionate about helping creative people stop waiting for permission, think bigger and build sustainable businesses around the things they’re genuinely good at.Available for workView profile →

Rosalind HillFrome, SomersetPhotographyVideo & motionHello! I'm a videographer and photographer based in Frome (though a northern gal at heart). I've only recently moved to the south west after a long stint in the south east working as a television producer/director, travelling the world to tell the stories of people from all walks of life. The work was varied and rewarding, but life moves on, and I'm now using those skills to tell the stories of individuals and brands. I bring an eye for detail, a beautiful aesthetic and, above all, a feel for storytelling that holds an audience's attention. Whether you want to show your artistic practice, sell a product or document your wedding day, I can help. I shoot photography and video for websites, Instagram, whatever you need. Please get in touch!Open to enquiriesView profile →
