Treetask

Treetask is a job management platform built by Peardrop to help tree surgery businesses spend less time on paperwork and more time doing the work.

Running a tree surgery business involves much more than the job itself. Site surveys, quotes, scheduling, crew management, invoices, equipment and safety records all need to be kept in order. Too often, that information ends up scattered across paper forms, spreadsheets, messages and separate tools.

The challenge was to bring these moving parts together into one practical, easy-to-use platform built around how tree surgery businesses actually operate.

I developed Treetask as a connected workflow, taking each job from the initial site survey through to quoting, scheduling, completing the work and invoicing the customer. Information carries through each stage, reducing duplication and keeping the whole team working from the same records.

Designed for both the field and the office, Treetask works across mobile and desktop, with offline functionality that lets users keep working on site when there's no signal. Crew management, safety paperwork, equipment tracking and customer history sit alongside the core job workflow, giving businesses one place to manage their day-to-day operations.
